2. Plaque AND Bracket – the text of your choice will be added to one or both sides, depending on your selection. This selection comes with the finished plaque, screw eye and bracket with mounting hardware.

What To Include In The Personal Message Box.
1. The text you would like on the plaque. For example: Pantry; Powder Room; Laundry Room; Mud Room; Guest Room; Office; Exit; or other room…please be specific.

2. Text Color – see attached color chart for selections.

3. Plaque Finish – Choose from White, White Distressed, Off-White, Off-White Distressed, Black, or Black Distressed.
